Educational Qualifications for AAI JE ATC Recruitment 2023
Junior Executive - Air Traffic Control
- Full Time Regular Bachelors' Degree of three years in Science (B.Sc) with Physics and Mathematics. OR Full Time Regular Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in any discipline. (Physics & Mathematics should be subjects in any one of the semesters curriculum).
- The candidate shall have minimum proficiency in both spoken and written English of the level of 10+2 standard (the candidate shall have passed English as one of the subject in 10th or 12th standard)
Upper Age Limit for AAI ATC Recruitment 2023
Candidate must not be under 21 years of age and must not be above 27 years
- For General / UR / EWS candidates - 27 years
- For reserved Candidate SC/ST - 32 years

AAI JE ATC Exam Pattern 2023
- The CBT will be of Two (2) hours duration
- The written examination will be in ONLINE mode and the question paper would consist of 120 nos. of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) to be answered in a maximum time of 2 hours.
- Online examination (Computer Based Test) will be bilingual i.e. Hindi and English.
- Objective Type Online Examination (Computer Based Test) will be conducted for the post of Junior Executive (Air Traffic Control). There will not be any negative marking for wrong answer attempted by the candidates
- The question paper will consists of 50% questions from Technical Area and 50% questions from Generic Area. (Syllabus Download below link) Every question will carry 1 (one) mark and there will be NO negative marking for wrong answer.
Application fees for AAI ATC Recruitment 2023
Application Fee of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) (inclusive of GST) is to be paid by the candidates
through ONLINE MODE ONLY.
- For UR and All Candidate - Rs.1000/- per application per post (including taxes)
- For SC/ST/ PWD/ Women candidates - Rs. 0/- (Nil)
Salary / Pay Level for AAI ATC Recruitment 2023
- Junior Executive [Group-B: E-1 level] : Rs.40000 - 3% - 140000
- In addition to Basic pay, Dearness Allowance, Perks @ 35% of Basic pay, HRA and other benefits which include CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, Medical benefits etc. are admissible as per AAI Rules.
- The CTC per annum for the post of Junior Executive would be Rs. 13 lakhs (approximately).

Selection Process for AAI Recruitment 2023 for Air Traffic Control
On the basis of the details furnished in application form, provisionally eligible candidates shall be called for
Online examination and admit cards shall be issued to them accordingly. Candidates will have to visit AAI
website for downloading the admit cards for online examination through the link provided on website.
Objective Type Online Examination (Computer Based Test) will be conducted for the post of Junior Executive
(Air Traffic Control). There will not be any negative marking for wrong answer attempted by the candidates.
Syllabus will be uploaded under “Press Note” of Advt No: 05/2023.
On-line examination will be followed by Application Verification/ Voice Test/ Psychoactive Substances Test/
Psychological Assessment Test/ Medical Test/ Background Verification, as applicable for the post or any other test, as may be decided by competent authority at any stage during the recruitment process.
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in Online examination and they will be called
for Application verification / Voice Test / Psychoactive Substances Test / Psychological Assessment Test/
Medical Test, as applicable for the post.
