Executive Trainee (Information Technology)

CSL Executive Trainee Exam Pattern
Phase-I - Objective Type Online Test (60 marks)
- The CBT will be of One (1) hours duration
- The written examination will be in ONLINE mode and the question paper would consist of 60 nos. of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) to be answered in a maximum time of 1 hours.
- The medium of written examination shall be in English only.
- The Online Test shall be of 60 Minutes duration comprising of 60 Multiple Choice Questions in the areas of General Awareness (5 Marks), English Language (5 marks), Numerical Ability (5 marks), Reasoning Ability (5 marks) and Subject Based (40 marks). Each question carries one mark and there will be no negative marks.
Phase-II - Group Discussion (GD), Writing Skills and Personal Interview (40 marks)

Salary / Pay Level for CSL Executive Trainee Recruitment 2023
The candidate selected as Executive Trainee will have to undergo one year training during which the trainee will be paid a consolidated monthly stipend of ` 50,000/-
On successful completion of one year training, the Executive Trainees shall be considered for appointment as Assistant Manager in E-1 Grade in the scale of pay of `40000-3%-140000. Annual CTC (approx.) 13 lakhs
- Basic pay - 40000/-
- DA (at present 37.7%) - 15080/-
- HRA (at Kochi 18%) - 7200/-
- Perks & Allowances (35%) - 14000/-
