Educational Qualifications DDA JE Recruitment 2023
Assistant Accounts Officer
- Candidate Should have CA / Company Secretary(CS) / ICWA /Master in Financial Control / MBA (Finance) from a recognized University/Institution
Assistant Section Officer
- Candidate should have a Bachelor Degree in any stream with Computer Proficiency Knowledge.
Architectural Assistant
- Candidate should have a Bachelor Degree in Architecture from any recognized University with Computer Proficiency Knowledge.
Legal Assistant
- (i)Candidate Possessing Regular Degree in Law (entitling the incumbent for Registration at Bar and appearing before the Courts) from a recognized University or equivalent; and (ii) 03 years’ experience at Bar.
FOR DDA EMPLOYEE
- Regular Degree in Law (entitling the incumbent for Registration at Bar and appearing before the Courts) from a recognized University or equivalent and 03 years of regular service in DDA.
Naib Tehsildar
- Candidate Should have Degree from a recognized University or equivalent with 50% marks or above.
- Knowledge of application of various acts, regulation and procedures concerning Land and Estate matters;
- Possession of Degree in Law would be an added advantage.
Note: Training shall be imparted to the new incumbents by the department and probation shall be lifted only on successful completion of the training.
Junior Engineer (Civil)
- Candidate Should have Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution or equivalent.
Surveyor
- Candidate Should have Diploma OR two years’ National Trade Certificate in Surveying from recognized Institute or equivalent
- Two years’ experience in Survey work.
Patwari
- Candidate should have Graduate degree from any recognized University or equivalent
- Proficiency in computer.
- Working knowledge of Urdu/Hindi

Junior Secretariat Assistant
- 12th class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.

DDA JE & Others Posts Exam Pattern
- The CBT will be of TWO (2) hours duration
- The written examination will be in ONLINE mode and the question paper would consist of 120 Qsn. of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) to be answered in a maximum time of 2 hours.
- The medium of written examination shall be in Hindi / English only.
- The standard and syllabus of the On-Line examination will be of the level of prescribed minimum qualification. The medium of the On-Line examination will be Hindi / English only for all categories of posts except for Hindi/ English Comprehension. The weightage of marks of Computer Based Examination will be 85 % and Interview will be of 15% marks, wherever prescribed.
