Educational Qualifications for AIESL Recruitment 2023 for Technicians
Aircraft Technician(B1)
- AME Diploma/ Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering(02 or 03 years) from Training Institutions approved by DGCA with 60% marks/equivalent grade (55% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/OBC candidates).
OR
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/ Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent degree recognized by the Central Government with 60% marks/equivalent grade (55% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/OBC candidates).
- Note - Candidates must have a minimum one year aviation experience
Aircraft Technician(B2)
- AME Diploma/Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (02 or 03 years) in Avionics stream from Training Institutions approved by DGCA with 60% marks/equivalent grade (55% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/OBC candidates).
OR
- Degree/ Diploma in Electrical /Electronics/ Computer Science/ Telecommunication/ Radio/ Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent recognized by Central/ State Government with 60% marks/equivalent grade (55% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/OBC candidates).

Skilled Technician (Machinist)

- ITI in concerned trade, recognized by the Central/ State Government or NCVT in Fitter/ Sheet Metal trade.

Skilled Technician (Composite/ Carpentry)

Skilled Technician (Tailor/ Upholstery/ Sewing Technology)

Upper Age Limit for AIESL Technicians Recruitment 2023
Maximum Age Limit: (As on 01.03.2023) – General / EWS- 37 Yrs, OBC- 40 Yrs and SC/ST-42 Yrs.

- For reserved Candidate SC/ST - 42 years

Duration of Contract for AIESL Technicians Recruitment 2023
- Fixed Term Contract would be issued initially for a period of 05 (Five) years extendable for further periods of 05 (Five) years up to 58 years of age, depending upon the requirement of the company and performance of the candidates.
